Gurdwara Millwoods is run by the Ramgarhia Gursikh Society of Edmonton, founded in 1982; building work began in 1985 and the Gurdwara was extended in 2006 and 2010. It runs the Ramgarhia Khalsa School and the Bhai Gurdas Library of more than 5,000 books, holds three diwans a day from 4 am to 8 pm, and has organised Edmonton’s Vaisakhi Nagar Kirtan since 1999.
