Sikhs in Fiji

How Sikhs arrived

Sikhs came to Fiji in the early 1900s, some as free settlers and farmers, and built the islands’ first Gurdwaras in the 1920s.

Today the sangat gathers at Gurdwaras in Suva, Lautoka and other towns.
