Lampang’s first Gurdwara was on Sai Klang Road, on land given by Wariaam Singh in 1933, and was one of the oldest in Thailand. As the sangat grew, a larger Gurdwara was built on Thip Chang Road; its foundation stone was laid on 24 September 1992 before Sikhs from nearby provinces and Bangkok.
